Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the FullFrame mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
FullFrame is a photo editing application that allows users to extend their photos to various aspect ratios. The App generates new image content based on the photos you provide, filling empty areas with contextually appropriate imagery.
Account Registration
To use FullFrame, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Credits and Payments
Free Credits
New users receive 10 free generation credits upon account creation. Free credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Purchased Credits
Additional credits may be purchased through in-app purchases. Credit purchases are:
- Non-refundable except as required by applicable law
- Non-transferable between accounts
- Subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase
Subscriptions
Subscription plans provide monthly credits that:
- Renew automatically unless cancelled
- Do not roll over to the next billing period
- Can be managed through your Apple ID settings
- May be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FullFrame to:
- Upload, generate, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Create deepfakes or deceptive media intended to mislead
- Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
- Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the App
- Use automated systems or bots to access the service
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
Content Ownership
Your Content
You retain all rights to the original photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the generation service.
Generated Content
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the generated images created using your content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. We may:
- Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- Modify or discontinue features with or without notice
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Generated images will always be satisfactory or accurate
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FULLFRAME AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FullFrame and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you upload or generate using the App
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App will cease immediately
- Unused credits will be forfeited (except as required by law)
- We may delete your account data
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
